I feel as if I have not written a blog entry in forever and it has only been 2 weeks :D
I will be starting my third round of IVF in February. So far, of the 5 month break, 3 have passed and they went by fast. I know that these next 2 months will fly even faster because of the holidays! I started acupuncture about 1 month ago and I go in every week. For the first time ever in what feels like forever, but its only been 2 years, I felt ovulation pain and had ovulation CM. I was so excited! I do not know if it was the acupuncture, or the supplements, or everything I have been doing, but it happened and I also ovulated on CD 14 which is amazing.
I have a feeling that I might not have to go through another IVF to get to my miracle. Maybe is just all this faith that I have encountered in me, but I am loving it. I thank God for what he has done, what he is doing, what he will be doing, and what he has promised. Although I am not pregnant yet, I thank God for blessing me with my miracle because I know it'll be here soon just like I know it'll be here for all of my IVF and TTC sisters!
I have been going to church every Sunday for the past month and have not missed a day! Every time I go I just feel so much better about everything and I am accepting things more easily. My sister gifted me a beautiful bible that I can actually understand lol and I like to read verses of encouragement with infertility and IVF.
Here are the verses I have found:
Psalms 113:9 He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children. Praise the Lord!
Mark 11:24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
Hebrews 11:11 By faith Sarah herself received power to conceive, even when she was past the age, since she considered him faithful who had promised.
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
Luke 1:36-37 And behold, your relative Elizabeth in her old age has also conceived a son, and this is the sixth month with her who was called barren. For nothing will be impossible with God.”
Deuteronomy 7:14 You shall be blessed above all peoples. There shall not be male or female barren among you or among your livestock.
Genesis 17:1-27 When Abram was ninety-nine years old the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am God Almighty; walk before me, and be blameless, that I may make my covenant between me and you, and may multiply you greatly.” Then Abram fell on his face. And God said to him, “Behold, my covenant is with you, and you shall be the father of a multitude of nations. No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham, for I have made you the father of a multitude of nations.
Luke 1:13-21 But the angel said to him, “Do not be afraid, Zechariah, for your prayer has been heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John. And you will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth, for he will be great before the Lord. And he must not drink wine or strong drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother's womb. And he will turn many of the children of Israel to the Lord their God, and he will go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready for the Lord a people prepared.”
Exodus 23:26 None shall miscarry or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.
Genesis 25:21 And Isaac prayed to the Lord for his wife, because she was barren. And the Lord granted his prayer, and Rebekah his wife conceived.
Genesis 15:1-21 After these things the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision: “Fear not, Abram, I am your shield; your reward shall be very great.” But Abram said, “O Lord God, what will you give me, for I continue childless, and the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus?” And Abram said, “Behold, you have given me no offspring, and a member of my household will be my heir.” And behold, the word of the Lord came to him: “This man shall not be your heir; your very own son shall be your heir.” And he brought him outside and said, “Look toward heaven, and number the stars, if you are able to number them.” Then he said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”
Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit upon your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants.
Genesis 21:5 Abraham was a hundred years old when his son Isaac was born to him.
Genesis 21:1-34 The Lord visited Sarah as he had said, and the Lord did to Sarah as he had promised. And Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age at the time of which God had spoken to him. Abraham called the name of his son who was born to him, whom Sarah bore him, Isaac. And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac when he was eight days old, as God had commanded him. Abraham was a hundred years old when his son Isaac was born to him.
Please feel free to add some more to the list! I am sure many of us ladies will love reading these just as much as I have!
Love Always,
Gigi
